Order Processing Times

 

·         Standard Orders: Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing times.

·         Out of Stock or Special Cases: If an item is out of stock or requires additional attention, we will manufacture the product within 7 business days. The delivery will then occur within the following 5-6 business days. Customers will receive an email notification with tracking details once the order is dispatched.

·         Custom Orders: For custom-made items, manufacturing will take 15-20 business days, followed by a delivery period of 2-4 business days. The exact timing may vary depending on the complexity of the customization. A tracking email will be provided once the order is ready for shipment.

 

Domestic and International Shipping Options

 

·         Regions Covered: We currently ship within the UK,  United States, Europe, Australia, Canada and New Zealand  

·  

·         Domestic Shipping (UK): Free UK delivery included , your order will arrive within 48 hours via tracked service.

·         International Shipping: All international orders are dispatched using our express delivery service and typically arrive within 6 working days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.

 

Local Delivery Options

We currently do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup options. All orders are processed and shipped via our standard shipping methods.

 

Returns, Changes, and Cancellations

 

·         Returns: Please refer to our Return Policy (Click link) for detailed information on returns and exchanges.

·         Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, changes may not be possible.

·         Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before they are processed. Once processing has begun, cancellations are not allowed.

·         Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost to you. Please contact our customer service team to initiate this process.
