Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

General Return Guidelines
· Return Eligibility: We accept returns for most products up to 14-days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Custom-Made Orders
· Return Policy for Custom Orders: Custom-made items are eligible for a 50% refund upon return, which will be processed after discussing the issue with our customer service team. The refund will be issued once we receive the returned item or it has been handed over to the shipping agency.
Return Shipping Costs
· Shipping Label Options: You will have the option to choose between a prepaid return shipping label or an unpaid label:
· Prepaid Label: If you choose a prepaid label, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
· Unpaid Label: Alternatively, you can opt for an unpaid label, allowing you to pay for the return shipping directly to the shipping agency.
Exchanges
Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the process.
Costs: For exchanges, the return shipping, extra labor, and customs fees are not included and will be charged to the customer.
Price Adjustments: The price difference between the new and old items will be adjusted accordingly. If the new item is less expensive, we will refund the difference. If the new item is more expensive, the additional amount will be charged and will only be processed once we receive the payment.
Processing Time
· Refunds: Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
